I am Amelia, Mum of two and owner of Sprinkles.
I have always loved baking so in 2018, I finally decided to start my own business creating delicious cakes and treats for everyone to enjoy.
I like to get creative, try out new things and take on new challenges, but most of all I love to hear that my customers have enjoyed my creations.
I just love to make people happy with cake!
I specialise in buttercream cakes and love to create cakes that are modern and different with an artistic flair and professional finish.
I really care about what I do and put my heart into each and every product. I am a perfectionist and work very hard to ensure that every cake I bake and decorate is always made to the best of my ability.
I never rush when I am working so the product is always of a high standard. Attention to detail is so important to me. This is the reason I choose to take on fewer cakes each week than some bakers, providing a bespoke service and product which sets me apart.
My newly refurbished, modern kitchen is registered with the local council and I am fully insured. I have been awarded a top Food Hygiene Rating of 5.
I also have my level 2 food hygiene certificate which I renew every three years and I have completed the food standards agency allergy course.
